From 12th to 15th August 2018, Gingerlily exhibited for the first time at NY Now market in New York City at the Javits Centre. NY Now is one of the largest trade fairs for home, lifestyle and gifting products in the USA with over 2,300 exhibitors spread out over 4 floors. Gingerlily presented its Tropical Sand collection as part of its woven jacquard designs on one bed and displayed two of its signature plains on the second bed: Charcoal and Nude. Both made from 100% mulberry silk, the finest quality of silk available, they were true show stoppers for the visitors to the show, with some customers jumping into the beds.

While in NYC the team took the opportunity to visit Bloomingdale's flagship store on Lexington Avenue where Gingerlily is sold on the 5th floor in the bed and bath department. This beautiful luxurious department store is an iconic shopping destination and a must for any shopping lover. The new shoe department, which opened earlier this year, is a gigantic 26,000 square foot and for the launch featured 9 larger than life stilettos. Gingerlily caught a glimpse of a few of them.
