Delivery Terms
UK Delivery
All UK orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. UK VAT (20%) applies to all orders.
- Standard Delivery (Mainland UK) – £6.90
(Allow up to 7 working days for delivery)
- Next Working Day (Mainland UK) – £9.00
(Order by 1pm, Monday to Friday)
- Channel Islands – £16.50
Please note delivery times exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day. You’ll receive tracking details by sales@gingerlily.co.uk email, and the appointed courier will follow up via text, call, or email.
If your UK order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will automatically split the delivery so you can enjoy the available products without delay. The pre-ordered items will follow once they are ready, according to the advised lead time. Please note that payment is required in advance to secure all pre-order items.
EU Delivery (European Union Member States)
All EU orders are fulfilled from our Netherlands warehouse.
- Local VAT is applied at checkout based on the destination country.
- UK VAT will not be charged.
- No import duty is payable on EU deliveries.
If you receive unexpected courier charges from 10.07.2025 onwards, please contact us at sales@gingerlily.co.uk, and we will investigate.
Delivery to EU countries usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on location and courier. You will receive tracking details by sales@gingerlily.co.uk email, and the appointed courier will follow up via text, call, or email.

Rest of World Delivery (Non-EU Member States & International)
Important Notice - Please note that due to a planned warehouse relocation between 21st July and 4th August 2025, all our Rest of World orders placed during this period will be held on back order. Dispatch will resume on 4th August 2025 on selected delivery methods. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and encourage you to contact us with any questions.
Orders to non-UK, non-EU Member State countries are shipped from our UK fulfilment centre on DAP (Delivery at Place) terms. UK VAT is not charged.
You will be contacted by the courier to pay local import duties and taxes before delivery.

Return Terms
UK, USA & Rest of World (Non-EU Member States & International)
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
