Gift Card FAQs

How long is a Gingerlily gift card valid for?

Gingerlily gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The gift card must be used before the expiry date.

Where can I use my gift card?

Gift cards can be redeemed online at gingerlily.co.uk against eligible Gingerlily products.

Do I need to use the full balance in one order?

No. If the full value of the gift card is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will stay available until the original expiry date.

Can I exchange a gift card for cash?

No. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or resold.

Can I use a gift card with a discount code or promotion?

Gift cards may not be used in conjunction with selected promotions, discount codes or offers unless stated otherwise.

What happens if I return an item purchased with a gift card?

If an order purchased using a gift card is returned, any refund due will be credited back to a gift card or store credit.

Can I use a gift card to buy another gift card?

No. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

What happens if my gift card is lost or stolen?

Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. Lost or stolen gift cards can only be reviewed where sufficient proof of purchase is provided and any remaining balance can be verified.
